Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, if no engagement follows, deleted within a reasonable period. Client data is kept for the duration required by Spanish tax and administrative regulations.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with the Spanish authorities strictly where required to carry out the service you requested (e.g. filing a tax return).
