LegalThese Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the administrative and legal services provided by Tramitly.
Tramitly provides remote administrative and legal support services related to taxation, company registration, residency and property matters in Spain, for clients in English, Polish and Russian.
No service begins until you have received a written quote describing the scope and price, and confirmed your agreement in writing (by email or signed agreement). Free consultations do not constitute a service engagement.
Fees for bookkeeping packages (Autónomo and SL) are net prices, plus 21% VAT. Fees for individual filings and other services are confirmed in the written quote before work begins. Government fees, notary fees and other third-party costs are separate from our fees and are paid directly to the relevant authority unless otherwise agreed.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents needed to carry out the service. Delays or errors caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client are not the responsibility of Tramitly.
Tramitly acts with professional diligence but cannot guarantee specific decisions, timelines or outcomes from Spanish public authorities, as these are outside our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice. Fees for work already performed remain due.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Spain.
